Annual Renewals
CMS-required outcome
If ex-parte renewal cannot be completed, the system can automatically generate pre-populated renewal forms and distribute those forms via individuals' preferred communication mode.
Default metrics
- Percentage of individuals up for renewal who were sent a prepopulated renewal form.
- Percentage of pre-populated renewals sent electronically and by mail.
